Eric was great to work with and did an outstanding job helping put the sale together while making sure all of my needs and expectations were met before I purchased my 2026 Kawasaki Teryx KRX 1000 Blackout Edition. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire buying experience smooth and enjoyable. Thanks again, EricβI truly appreciate everything you did! Chrystal was extremely professional, courteous, and attentive throughout the pickup process, even while managing a very busy workload. She treated both my son, Miguel, and me with kindness, respect, and professionalism, making the entire experience smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. Thank you, Chrystal, for your hard work, dedication, and outstanding customer service. Your efforts truly made this a great experience for both my son and me. It was greatly appreciated!

Was a brand-new rim. I had them install new wheel bearings and a brand-new tire on it. I took the bike out for a ride and almost went down because one of the wheel bearings failed because it had been installed incorrectly. When I brought it back, they tried removing the bad bearing and ended up damaging my brand-new rim in the process. I was then told that the employee who did the work had been fired because they had experienced other problems with his work as well. They told me, βWe have another rim in the back from a GSX-R that we can give you.β I agreed, thinking they were replacing the rim they damaged. I went back about a week later. Communication with this shop has already been frustrating because everything seems to take forever, and even when parts come in, they seem to sit at the counter without anyone contacting you. When they finally printed my invoice, they told me the total was $850. Come to find out, they were charging me for the replacement rimβthe same used rim with paint missing that they had told me they were going to give me after their employeeβs incorrect installation damaged my brand-new rim and nearly caused me to crash. I donβt think I should have been

Very professional, answering all my questions, quality test drive and quickly got the paperwork together. In the sometimes crap just happens category they're fantastic as well. I ran into a problem a few hours after I purchased the machine and they came and picked it up and replace the battery at no charge and very quickly. I would definitely buy again from here. They take care of their customers

My wife and I wanted to surprise our son with a motorcycle for graduation. We went on a Friday afternoon and spoke with Kristal and she was very helpful in accommodating an early delivery Saturday morning in order to surprise my son.

Price quoted over the phone was the price we paid. Quick and easy sale and everyone at CVM was great. Kristal was ready for us and made the sale so easy for me.
